Olive trees give olives a specific character depending on the climate, the soil, the wind and the vegetation of the region where the olive trees are located. This is why we classify our products by different characters and identities. So, we offer our consumers products that have their specific identities and characteristics.

The South Aegean collection consists of olive oils that is produced from the so-called ‘Memecik’ olives from the regions Izmir, Aydın and Muğla which are darker in color, less fluid and come with a stronger fruit taste.

Acidity is 0,8% at most.
